1. Who we are

Dulce Escapada ("we") is a travel agency at Calle José Celso Barbosa #81, Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, operating under Puerto Rico Tourism Company License No. 268, Authorization #197. Contact us at 787-528-2087 or dulceescapada.viajes@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Through our contact form we collect only:

• your name
• your email
• your phone number
• the trip description you choose to provide

No account is required. We use no first-party cookies, no analytics, and no advertising trackers. Please do not include sensitive data (health, passport, or card numbers) in the trip description.

3. How we use it

Solely to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, prepare quotes and coordinate the services you request, and comply with applicable law.

If we ever send promotional email, it will always include an opt-out, which we will honor as required by law.

4. Service providers

We use Resend to deliver contact-form messages to our inbox; it processes that data only to deliver them.

Our Contact page embeds a Google Maps map. When that page loads, your browser contacts Google and transmits at least your IP address; Google may set cookies. To avoid this, do not visit the Contact page or block third-party content.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for behavioral advertising.

5. Legal basis

For visitors where applicable (e.g., the EU/UK), we process contact-form data based on your consent in submitting it and/or our legitimate interest in responding. Our site is primarily directed to Puerto Rico residents.

6. Retention

We keep contact-form information for 24 months from last contact, or as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, whichever is longer; then we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

8. Security and breach notification

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. In a breach affecting Puerto Rico residents' personal information, we will comply with Puerto Rico Act No. 111 of 2005, including notifying affected individuals and DACO within the statutory period.

9. Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we will post the current version with its update date.
